Grau Despreocupado, Lda (hereinafter GRAU DESPREOCUPADO) with registered office at Rua Comandante Sacadura Cabral, LT 31 S/C Dta. 2620-288 Ramada, with Tax Identification Number 517845156, registered at the Odivelas Land Registry/Commercial Registry Office, holder of AMI licence no. 23774, issued by the Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção (IMPIC), with share capital of €1,000.00 (five thousand euros) and email address geral@penhaprime.pt.
In order to guarantee the liability arising from our professional activity, GRAU DESPREOCUPADO has taken out a compulsory civil liability insurance contract in the amount of €150,000.00 (Two hundred thousand euros), with policy no. 0008898896, through the insurance company "Tranquilidade", under the terms of Decree-Law No. 211/2004 of 20-08-04.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purpose of this document is to establish the General Conditions of Access and Use of the GRAU DESPREOCUPADO websites, www.penhaprime.pt, as well as other websites owned by GRAU DESPREOCUPADO.
